Austin Lacey named Business All-Star Recruitment Industry Business Person of the Year

The All-Ireland Business Foundation has named Austin Lacey the Business All-Star Recruitment Industry Business Person of the Year.

Austin spent years in senior engineering and operations roles across pharmaceuticals and medical devices before returning home to Mayo to build Inova Recruitment. The goal from day one: deliver tailored recruitment and project solutions that fit client needs across life sciences, technology and engineering.

The award reflects how Inova has grown, through long-term partnerships and steady delivery for clients and candidates.
